Has been involved in Qualitative Research since 1995. Has experience of qualitative, quantitative and complex projects. Specializes on communication research and Digital/ Telecom/ IT sector.
Acted as a marketing expert in TACIS Enterprise Restructuring: TERF I, TERF II and TERF III.
Has experience in an advertising agency as well as PR departments and Marketing departments.
Took a course of «Design Thinking Innovation» in the University of Virginia.
