Company's fieldwork geografy covers the whole territory of the RF, FSU and Baltic countries. The Field Department managers of Moscow based office efficiently coordinate interviewers’ work and ensure any information collection and perfect recruitment quality.
Wide experience of the Fieldwork Department managers (up to 15 years) ensures high-quality recruitment, relevant interviewers training and maintenance of high standards during the recruitment.
The Field Department provides the following services:

- respondents recruitment for qualitative projects
- fieldworks and qualitative projects support for other companies
Currently, our Field Department staff comprises over 400 interviewers only in Moscow and Moscow region. The most of them has higher education and academic degrees.
Among our interviewers there are members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, higher educational institutions professors, teachers, scientific and research institutes staff representatives.

Methds ensuring projects quality and exactness:
- “one recruiter – one respondent” respondents recruitment
- prior to the survey all respondents are checked through the General “OIROM” database in order to exclude double interviews possibility
- respondents reserve - at least 1,5 times over the agreed sample
- repeated screening - the screener is completed by the Field Department manager
- supervisor’s control (Client presence is possible)
- all questionnaires piloting (at least 2-3 pilot interviews)
- interviewers training - the expected interview situation modelling
- the first part of completed questionnaires are regarded as draft versions and are not taken into account during the analysis
- double-checking of questionnaires
- our supervisor controls the interview process
- our supervisor controls maintenance of route sampling conditions
- repeated completion of a certain questionnaire section during a check interview
- repeated data entry (double checking of at least 50% of questionnaires per each operator)
